1. About the App

The App provides students and teachers with practice questions and study resources inspired by past exam papers. The App is owned and operated by Makora.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

3. Purchases & Access

A CSEC MCQ subscription costs $25 USD per year and provides unlimited access to all CSEC subjects.
The Premium AI Paper 2 Review plan costs $75 USD per year.
All purchases provide 1 full year of access from the date of activation.

3.B Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are approved only if you have completed fewer than 20 questions in total.
No refunds are provided after May 1 (start of the CSEC exam period).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including questions, answers, explanations, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Makora. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share any content from the App. Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to attempt to cheat, hack, or misuse the App.
You may not upload offensive or unlawful material.
Teachers using the App must respect student privacy and may not share login credentials.

6. Disclaimer

Makora is not affiliated with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). We do not guarantee exam results. The App is a study aid, not a substitute for official exam preparation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Makora is not responsible for loss of data, interruptions, or technical issues, or for reliance on content for official exam preparation. Our maximum liability to any user will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not cancel our ownership of content or your payment obligations.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
